I changed my review to 2 star based on the poor customer service over a misunderstanding with an invoice. I was told it was credited but it wasnt and they were adamant about collecting a $50 late fee. Only late because of their poor communication and a simple misunderstanding. Constant billing issues and they make up charges for services NOT performed! Another update. Techs really have no clue!! I’ll spend my money with another company from now on.
