Fence looked good when done. Too bad it took two months past the promised date. Questioned Renee and her son about the sagging bottom rails on 11-25-2024 and never received a response. The gates and the latches work good in summer but the latch freezes on the button and have to use a tool and reach through the opening and trip outside opener. The gate is very light weight but the welds on a brown finish show white. Thanks for asking
