I contracted with Brian, A to Z Generators, to install a Husqvarna 420IQ auto mower recharging station and boundary and guide wires. He didn't finish the job. Also, his installation didn't conform to advice I received from Husqvarna technical reps. This Husqvarna advice allowed me to redo some of Brian's work. There's more bad news but I hope I said enough to make my point. Brian asked me to give him an online rating. You're looking at it.
Prompt, professional, reliable installation process and service. They are responsive to questions and requests. Recommend them highly based on our great experience. As luck would have it, no outages since installation almost 2 months ago but we are confident the generator will perform as promised.
Very dificult to book an appointment . When you do get one they don't show up. Have been waiting 4 weeks. They were supposed to do an annual inspection , didn't do that either.
Very professional. Great company.
Great service and extremely helpful. I was out of town on vacation and had a major issue with my electricity and generator. Brian and the team at A-Z were very helpful and went above and beyond to me get the situation resolved.
