In January of 2023 I decided to take the plunge and get a whole home generator. After research and getting quotes from the big box stores, I stumbled upon A to Z Power & Storm Center who gave me a better quote on the same generator that I was looking at the big box stores. We had a very good experience with A to Z this morning. A tree fell and pulled down some electrical lines which crashed onto our generac. As the electricity went out, I thought our generator had been damaged. It was flashing warnings so I turned it off. It was a Sunday and we called A to Z. Brian came out to get it up and running, He said it wasn't damaged, just needed a reboot and walked us thru the procedure. The efficiency was amazing!
So pleased with owner’s customer service ! I called on the weekend before the last snow storm because my generator wasn’t working and I was very worried . The owner kindly told me he would talk me through the process ; I took my phone and climbed down the hill to its location and he PATIENTLY told me what steps to take to get it running again! Although I didn’t end up losing power I had piece of mind knowing I had back up! I was so grateful. Have regular annual maintenance scheduled for next week.

Customer service has been top notch. A to Z services my unit but today they came to the rescue. We are preparing for heavy ince in MD amd I noticed that my light was red on my generator. I called the after hours number and they talked me through fixing the issue rough over the phone. So grateful for them and the time he took to assist me.
