So pleased with owner’s customer service ! I called on the weekend before the last snow storm because my generator wasn’t working and I was very worried . The owner kindly told me he would talk me through the process ; I took my phone and climbed down the hill to its location and he PATIENTLY told me what steps to take to get it running again! Although I didn’t end up losing power I had piece of mind knowing I had back up! I was so grateful. Have regular annual maintenance scheduled for next week.
Maintenance service for the generator was good & Technician Professional.
Customer service has been top notch. A to Z services my unit but today they came to the rescue. We are preparing for heavy ince in MD amd I noticed that my light was red on my generator. I called the after hours number and they talked me through fixing the issue rough over the phone. So grateful for them and the time he took to assist me.
I purchased a Generac portable generator (2500i) in February of 2025 (from somewhere else). In June, the pull cord broke and I brought it to A 2 Z for warranty repair. I dropped it off on August 5th of 2025. When I followed up in late August, they had not even looked at it. After multiple phone calls to A 2 Z and Generac Corporate over 3 months, I was told that Generac would not honor their warranty, claiming that the fuel was bad (even though they had now had it for over three months) and they wanted to charge me to replace... read more
I contracted with Brian, A to Z Generators, to install a Husqvarna 420IQ auto mower recharging station and boundary and guide wires. He didn't finish the job. Also, his installation didn't conform to advice I received from Husqvarna technical reps. This Husqvarna advice allowed me to redo some of Brian's work. There's more bad news but I hope I said enough to make my point. Brian asked me to give him an online rating. You're looking at it.
