Installed a water heater for my family and I. They did everything by the book and were professional gentleman. Very friendly, and I couldn’t be more proud of the job they did. Thank you guys again!
This company repaired a water heater at a rent house of mine. Changed out the upper element and control for $225. About a month later the water heater had problems again and I am told it needs new elements. A to Z said they do not warranty their work. It is my opinion that either their work was shoddy and broke again or they did not fully fix the heater the first time. Made a scheduled appointment for them to come out to an occupied residence and they said they'd be out in the morning the following day. Come noon the next day, heard nothing. Followed up with them and they gave me the same appointment for the following day... They can't keep to their word. Had heard negative feedback on them prior but chose to give them a chance regardless. Would give a negative rating if that was an option.
They worked hard on several leaks I had fixed the leaks and cleaned up the mess good people and good service
