We have had 2 separate dealings with the same person at A to Z. Both times we left frustrated and amazed that anyone could stay in business after treating potential customers so poorly. The first time, we sent our son in by himself, I believe my son talked with the owner. He was rude and condescending to him and treated him like he was wasting his time.
