I’m not sure what business this is , but Dr Karen Bartley has proven she is unprofessional . Also, I will be reporting her to the state dental board for potentially violating my parental rights . Sent in a medical release form for my son records, that Dr. Bartley asked me to do, and now she has interfered with me gaining access to those records.
