Took 643$ from me in September to cover 6 months of insurance, and in December they sent me a single email that I didn’t see about a renewal, and then cancelled my insurance that same month without trying to call me or reach out at all. Don't do business with these guys. Bought a car 2 years ago, called and called and left messages. They never answered phone, never returned phone calls. So I called progressive to add my vehicle. This place is an actual joke, I've called 4 days and 5 times and gave my information and was told I would get a call back, and all 5 times have not gotten a call back. The spanish lady who answers the phone barely speaks English, I pressed "1" for English and getting someone who barely speaks it, absolutely terrible business.
