Took 643$ from me in September to cover 6 months of insurance, and in December they sent me a single email that I didn’t see about a renewal, and then cancelled my insurance that same month without trying to call me or reach out at all. So they stole my 643$ and only gave me a month and a half of insurance before cancelling and pocketing the rest.
