My experience is with the son, Paul, who will not and is not capable of fulfilling a contract. You may have better luck with the father Bill. Paul will take your deposit money, ask for more, drag out the job and eventually not return. I hired him to repair water damaged ceiling, repair a deck and level a kitchen floor. Paul advertises on craigslist under Zaremba Builders, A to Z Improvements, and A to Z Management all a family company. Take a look at the recent BBB complaint as well as my complaint.
