We had Amos out today to fix our Maytag washing machine. He’s been here before for a different item but same washing machine. He is the most thoughtful, kindest service tech we have ever had. He also repaired the washer(both times) in a very short timeframe-so we know he knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend Amos as he’s a very respectful, knowledgeable & honest service technician.

Jeff repaired a Samsung dryer and a Whirlpool wall oven, both of which needed new heating elements. He arrived when he said he would, was very courteous, diagnosed the problems quickly and got both appliances working perfectly. I will definitely call him again for appliance service.

Jeff came out to work on our Samsung gas range after Piedmont Natural Gas found a leak in the appliance regulator. Jeff is professional and efficient. Fair price for the work as well. If you need an appliance repaired in Greensboro, don’t hesitate to contact A to Z Appliance Services.

I am posting this review for my mother. Her Dryer was shaking violently. Jeff said it was the drum, and charged 450$ to replace it. His repair made no difference, it still shakes just like it did before and makes the same loud noises. She called and told him the repair didnt work. He said he wanted 200$ to order another new drum and to come back and fix it, with no guarentee it would work. We agreed to do this and he would never return texts or phone calls.

Jeff replaced a faulty door latch for my double wall oven. I was so grateful he had me back up and running within a day including delivery of the part. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Great service!
