It’s hard to overstate the poor experience I had. I’m from out of town with two new houses that had small simple punchlist. The carpentry quality was some thing that someone who had no experience could do better, the sheet rock finishing more or less had to be started over, and the filthiness of the job they left was just impossible to understand.
