Gene came to my house and quoted to pressure my house and to strip and stain my deck. The price for the pressure washing was over double what three other handymen offered and the price to strip and stain the deck was on the high side, but fair. We used a different guy for the pressure washing and planned to use Gene for the deck. He informed us that he would get to it on Thursday or Friday in two weeks. This was fine.
