Mirror Replacement! Our old mirror had nasty streaks because it was damaged from the glue used originally (pictured first). We dropped by A to Z yesterday and had our new mirror today! We are so pleased with the prompt and friendly service, our beautiful new mirror (pictured second) and the fact that we didn’t have to try to do this on our own (potential for disaster!). Would recommend A to Z for anyone’s mirror or glass needs!
We purchased a vertical slider window from A-Z Glass & Mirror approximately three years ago. The unit has since failed—its slider mechanism disengaged and fell out, rendering it inoperable, might I add for a newborn's bedroom. Since January 12, we have made no fewer than eight attempts to have John arrange a service call to inspect and address the issue. Very friendly and reliable family owned business. I had a positive experience when I brought a cracked mirror in for repair. The prices were reasonable and craftsmanship was excellent. The gentleman and his wife were both very kind. I appreciated their genuine nature and quality work. My mirror was repaired and ready for pick up the following day. Super fast, exact match, great price! I had a broken window on my boat. I needed laminated tinted glass cut to exact size and would install myself. I called a lot of places and was told no, or told 5 weeks wait time and i could tell no one was interested in my annoying job. A-Z said yes, no problem and it was ready the next morning.
