If I could give less than a star I would! These people are dishonest and will not honor the work they provide. They did a new roof on my house in 2021and we still experience leaks. I have contacted them countless times, even spoke with "managers" for the company but no resolve. A manager from the company advised us to go through our home insurance for repairs. They made an appointment to give me an estimate and never showed up. They had sent me a text to confirm and never showed up. Very unprofessional. Won’t do business with them for sure. This is the text they sent me: Hi Susana! Is Waleska from A to Z GC Home Improvements. Just to confirm an appointment for today between 6-8 pm to receive an estimate for a Pergola. Please confirm
Yeah I’m beginning to think the positive reviews are fake. This company harasses me with phone calls similar to a scammer looking for easy prey. No way will I ever hire them. They clearly don’t value anyone else’s time.
