My mom's funeral was February 25, 2025 I had friends that wanted to send flowers I recommended A to Z Florist because I had seen the shop in passing. As I was doing the "thank you" cards for folks I could not remember in the hustle and bustle of the funeral if the friends sent flowers or plant called to see if they would be nice enough to tell me and they were just too busy because that was Valentine's Day weekend, but they weren't to busy to take the order. Ordered flowers through sendflowers.com. A to Z prepared my order. The bouquet was beautifully made and delivered on time. My niece was very happy with her birthday flowers. Will use A to Z for future orders.
Just got off of the phone with PAM. I ordered flowers through 1800 flowers for my sister. We order flowers this way QUITE often. Never had an issue. I also raise and sell plants. We don't see which local florist is given the order and we live out of state. What we ordered and what she got is unacceptable. The phone call from Pam, however, was ridiculous.
