Would not recommend. I didn’t want to get into the detail, but your response I guess warrants what actually happened. The reason we would not recommend is for a couple of reasons. 1. Organised a day and time for initial install. No one turned up. Had to call a few times. Finally they turned up after 6 hours. Had to move furniture ourselves - which we were charged for for your team to do and you said you’d refund - which you still haven’t, then it was a rushed job, and clearly the tacks weren’t done correctly. 2. 100% happy!!! These guys went the extra mile
If I could give less stars I would, absolutely abhorrent Customer Service and no regard or respect for a Customers time and efforts. Every scheduled appointment we have had with them has either been a no-show or up to 2 + hours late. Communication has been non-existent about their lateness and when we have spoken to anyone at the business they have been un-professional and far too cavalier. Honestly, where do I begin? We purchased a home recently where the previous tenant had spilt wine on the rear carpet, so part of the deal was they had to replace the carpet in that room. Adrian went above and beyond to keep us happy. Honest salesman- didn't try to sell me the most expensive flooring instead offering realistic and practical advice. Very happy with the service.
