My oldest daughter has been an established patient for almost 2 years now, my wife and I’s dentist does not do pediatrics and recommended A-to-Z. So I made an appointment for my youngest daughter‘s first dentist visit to coincide with my oldest daughter‘s next routine cleaning, the appointment took 90 days to get and I live two hours away. They are very nice and quick. Environment was quite comfortable and peaceful. My kiddo enjoys coming here
This morning was my 4 year old son FIRST dentist appointment. As he was VERY EXCITED. He even practiced the night before opening his mouth and brushing his teeth. As he was getting X-rays the assistant “LETTI” was rude and does not know how to work with kids.! He would smile over at me when he got the first 3 X-rays done. A child's 1st visit should be nurturing and on a level of teaching this new world of dentistry to them. It should not be threats of if u don't we're holding u down. This place has totally gone down and I am so disappointed the Manager did not take time to listen to the patient's parent side of view. Take your child elsewhere for their 1st visit to learn to enjoy going to the dentist.
My Dental Assistant "Shania" is really nice she comforts me when I'm on laughing gas , and when I'm talking to much!
