Reasonable prices, knowledgeable & friendly, Ben around 20 years
Rude and inconsiderate. I went to purchase an item, and the employee charged me extra to buy a component that went with it. When I explained that the item went with the overall system, she replied, "I understand, you still need to pay separately for it." It's the equivalent of buying a coffee maker and charging me an additional cost for the glass coffee pot that was originally included in the box from the manufacturer. The employee's quoted reasoning, "Someone might want to buy the individual item."
