Zach was very polite,said they could do all the things I wanted done and would send me estimate in 2 days. Never received estimated and was ghosted on phone call and text.
This company put a roof on our house 2 years ago. We’re already having trouble with leaks and unsecured openings. This has resulted in having to replace a cooktop and critters in the attic. They have consistently ghosted me, except for once when Zack Kirby actually answered the phone and promised to email me a copy of the warranty. Four phone calls later I still haven’t received it. Do not use this company. They do inferior work and do not stand behind it and offer no warranty.
I would never recommend A-Z construction to ANYONE. My husband and I have stayed silent for a little over a year regarding the condition A-Z left our home due to the absolute headache this company gave us from the get go (sellers choice in company, not ours) I’m breaking my silence due to the fact that we are finally realizing the extent of the damage they did to our home.
