Less than friendly staff, acted like they were doing me a favor by having me come in and pay money for services.Left my laptop there to be taken apart and sit on a bench for 2 weeks, and then never get a proper diagnosis because they didn t even carry a 120W AC Adapter in their store to use on my laptop.Finally picked up my laptop, in pieces, and paid nearly \$100 for them to tear it apart and say We aren t exactly sure what s wrong Walked across the street to PC Laptops where I sold my laptop, in pieces, no questions asked,... read more
I retract my previous comment. I wrote that out of frustration and immaturity. I give these guys 5 stars for having excellent customer service and providing only the best. I recommend all to go to A to Z Computers. Thanks guys.
Best Computer Store in town. This was the 4th local shop I had gone into and this is the first one with stock and with a knowledgeable staff. Very helpful with reasonable pricing for a local shop (You can find things cheaper online). The staff actually stays on top of current technologies and they actually care about what they do.5 Stars. Would recommend them to friends and family.
I have been shopping at A to Z Computers since they opened their doors for business. Their staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the right laptop to accommodate my needs. I am a full time mom that doesnt have a lot of computer knowledge so it has been a life saver to call the store anytime I have a question. I get great costumer support over the phone. I highly recommend this store and will continue to shop there for all my computer needs.
If you want a custom system, this is the place for you. The best thing about this store is the presence of parts. Im weary of those computer stores who have a catalog, a few computers, and 5 sales reps. This store, however, actually has parts on shelves for purchase! I miss PC Club because I think they focused more on parts, though I could be wrong, but A to Z is still the best computer store in the area (that Im aware of).
