This rating is neg. because I called today to see if I could have a tech. to come out a repair the door. I had a to z replace a lock on the door 3-30-2023. Well the owner told me to find someone else to replace the lock and he also said he has tooo many problems. I know that the buss. had a fire on 04-7-2023,however is this the way you do buss. by cursing and being rude to a cust. who paid you for your service. CJ replaced a battery on an old remote key fob. He went out to my SUV, plugged a device into my vehicle, went back inside reprogrammed my fob. Just like new, charged me for the battery replacement and nothing for reprogramming. PB
