Rickey and crew did a fantastic job of recommending a cost effective fix where I squished the back hatch door of our handicap van. Recommending the economical fix of obtaining a replacement hatch as opposed to trying to undent and then repaint. They even took the extra care to add the handicap mods and now you would never know I had backed in to a garbage dumpster. They also took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. Everyone at A to Z was very helpful throughout the whole process, even talking with our insurance to get an adjustment on our claim (which led to a better outcome for us). A to Z understood our goals and did their best to keep our costs down since we were working with limited funds. Ricky was wonderful to work with. He has a great group of people there! They replaced my passenger doors after a T-bone car accident. The repairs look great and my car felt like new when I got it back. The staff kept me informed of progress and promptly responded to my questions. They worked directly with the insurance company and I felt well taken care of. A-Z Body and Fender recently fixed my car after a bad accident. Starting with Cynthia who I met with first and explained and wrote up my quote to the guys in back that fixed my car so beautifully you can’t tell it was ever in such a bad accident.
