They couldn't diagnose a flat tire. They don't call you with what's happening with your vehicle, you have to call them. It seems like their equipment is always broken. Not recommended. Wasted time and money.
We live in Oregon. We were driving to our family cabin when our transmission started slipping, RPM's going up but not our speed. Uh-oh. A Google search yielded us this shop about a mile from where we broke down. They were friendly on the phone and friendly in person. Family picked us up and we headed to our cabin, checking on our car the next day. They stated I needed a new driveline at $800 when it was only a U Joint! I asked em to just replace the U joints and they refused. I had another shop do the work at $150. A to Z is a joke for a repair shop.
I feel like they took advantage of me.
