They carry good chinese scooters though high priced. Used and new part prices are quite a bit higher than internet, but in exchange Kennedy will give good tips on scooter repair. Absolutely do not buy anything, used or new if there is any doubt you will return it because its a 20% return policy(they don't like returns period and will let you know!)
