Michelle and joe recently were indicted for fraud and arrested by the colorado attorney general. I brought my vehicle here on two separate occasions for 2 different things, both of which got taken care of well by these folks. I brought my vehicle in to replace timing chain in May 2024, and after 3 weeks, a whole lot of calls not returned, I still don't have my vehicle back. Communication is non-existant, and what little commitments given when I managed to talk to someone, have not been met. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of these guys since Devin is the one answering calls, and he's constantly avoiding people (I know from sitting in the lobby). And he's short-staffed too, and really needs a secretary. He worked with me and the insurance company quite a bit though which is appreciated. I just wish he wouldn't have quit answering my calls so that we could actually get the work completed, as my vehicle is still making a noise that it never made before when in 4wd. If you're looking for quick repairs, oil change maybe Rack and pin issue Then this is your shop Now, if you're looking for a diagnostics, figuring out what's going on with your car? This is not your shop. The shop had our car for 2 and a half months It came to the point where we Needed to forcibly take possession of our vehicle due to the lack of communication non notification of putting on parts without our knowledge due to never receiving an estimate or receipt for the $1500 that was already paid for.
