I'm not sure what is needed to pass inspection. The guy previous to my inspection clearly shouldn't be allowed on the road due to all the exhaust and smoke his old pickup truck was expelling into the air! I would of even paid extra like everyone else does to pass. My $ green like his. I'm thinking 🤔 it was my race But u wouldn't pass my brand new Toyota because of tint, smh! But thanks anyway, I got it handled right down the street.
