Customer Service at this place is horrible. I explained to Vic, the tech, what I was looking for, how I was referred to him, and where I would be coming from. He gave me a price, and we agreed upon it. He told me to call him when I was on my way and he would have the part pulled, so I wouldn't have to wait. So I did. I called him when I left my work, I told him that I was on my way. He told me that he was closing at 5. I pulled up 4:55, only to find a car and a truck, pulling OUT of the small driveway.
