0 star, I have never been treated like this by a Business before it genuinely grossed me out. I came in politely asking if they could look at an issue on my 2002 Lexus SC430. I specifically came in unsure whether the problem could even be fixed, so I expected a normal inspection and a price quote before any work was done. Instead, the worker immediately started working on the part without clearly explaining pricing or getting my approval first. This is such a wonderful and reliable auto body shop! They do amazing work, my car came out looking brand new, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Such amazing service!
Kind, efficient and honest. I brought my vehicle here to have a repair to the front valence panel. I drive a low profile vehicle and bent in a section of it while parking. Brian charged me less than the initial assessment after completing the work and after painting it (which was not part of the original assessment). The technician Juan even replaced some of the fasteners/clips to the front tire well that he noticed had degraded and weren't holding as well as they should.
