Just had the BEST experience at A-to-Z Auto. Sandra is a total gem — kind, professional, and 100% for the girls. I came in for an Intoxalock issue and left knowing I’d found my forever mechanic. As a woman, I know how intimidating car shops can be, but she made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and treated me like a friend. Highly recommend this place, especially to other women looking for a trustworthy, no-BS mechanic. Thank you, Sandra!
This place is pure trash they took advantage of my son because he's young tho I told my son don't take your car their without me he didn't listen they gave him attitude because they charged him a price and he paid but they didn't finish the job so basically they robbed him I'm Puerto Rican so I'm not being racist but I'm sure if immigration paid them a visit they'd be taking a few mechanics with them regardless of what these people are straight trash don't be fooled by all these 5 star reviews they have from 10 years ago tha... read more
From the refusal to answer their phone to the litter all over the property, everything about this place screams "I don't give care". Price is always more than what they tell you, they have no common sense when it comes to logistics. There's an overall vibe of "ghetto shadiness". Absolute trash customer service.
