A‑Z Appliance Repair was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Whirlpool scheduled them to fix my washer, which was working but wasn’t spinning out all the water. The technician came out, looked at it for a few minutes, and said it needed a clutch. After he replaced the clutch, the washer stopped working completely — it won’t even fill with water now.
