Do not use this guy!!!! He had us on the schedule to repair our fridge on the next day and kept pushing back and not showing up, until late and said would be another day, I ask why would you told me yesterday that you could not make today? Then he was extremely Rude using really bad words yelling to call other companies… I will never call this guy again, extremely poor customer service.
Max is by far one of the most knowledgeable people in appliance repair that I’ve seen! He is so helpful and has so much experience with repair, that he can talk you through trouble shooting your appliance, no problem! He took his time to explain what was going on with my washer, and figured out what I needed to fix it all in about 20 minutes! He is professional, courteous, and really cares about his customers! I highly recommend him and his A+ service! Thanks Max!
Rare to find good, professional and quick service these days. I never do reviews, but Max and his team deserve it. If you’re in the Navarre/Gulf Breeze area I can’t recommend enough. 5 stars.
I needed my washing machine repaired in Navarre and the owner, Max, responded to me within 30min of contacting him. He pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone and then came out to assess and repair. So professional and great price and value for service received. He was on time and diligent! Highly recommend them for any appliances!
