Terrible customer service. Marjorie was one of the least pleasant & least trusting people I've ever encountered. Tiny House basically stole nearly $800 from us- we were given a gift certificate for our wedding for a weekend's stay, which we promptly booked. Then, due to circumstances related to Covid pandemic, we ended up having to move back to our hometown on the west coast.
