First of all, April the therapist has an assistant that sits in on on each appointment because she doesn't like to type or take notes. This should've been the first red flag. I have never experienced a therapist having someone sit in because she didn't want to take notes. That's just pure laziness. These are my private, emotional experiences that are extremely hard to share with ANYONE and I am trying to trust a new therapist AND her assistant (honestly though, I trust her assistant more).
