Very unhappy with this provider. Spoke with Carrie in September to see if she accepted my insurance and to make an appointment. Never had an actual appointment and they filed a claim with my insurance for an appointment 4 months later. Seems very sketchy. The insurance company said they see this very often with this provider. Sad that a behavioral health provider is willing to do this to someone looking for help during a mental health crisis.

A Time for Change counseling helped my office staff and I through an extremely unexpected and tragic loss. Their staff was courteous and sympathetic, and the counselor who came (also the owner) was incredible. She was so genuine in her care for our loss and traveled to our office in order to accommodate us. My staff is still saddened, but the pain is lessened. We will always be grateful to A Time for Change for their help.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter. They took my info, and a week later I called back when I didn't hear from them. One more week and they booked an appointment for two weeks later. Two days before the appointment they rescheduled one more week out. Then rescheduled again for another week. I called the office they assigned a new counselor. I was never contacted again. Even after leaving messages. Later found out the school system no longer recommends this company.
