A Tier Above is an absolutely beautiful house! The owner was so kind, responsive, and easy to work with! This house sleeps a lot of people very comfortably, the beds are amazing, and all the ensuit bathrooms are amazing. They also have EVERYTHING you need, just pack your clothes! We were fortunate to ring in the New Year with friends at A Tier Above, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The meticulous attention to detail sets this home far apart from any other place we’ve stayed on Cape San Blas. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and right at home. A Tier Above is just as it's name implies.The five king bedrooms with private bathrooms and the bunk room was perfect for our family of 17. The bunk room wasn't your typical bunk room. The built in bunks were awesome with each having individual lighting and a charging station. Next to the bunk room was a comphy living room with a large TV. We were so fortunate to book the best house in CSB. From even before our trip, our host Jenna and her family, made every attempt to meet all of our expectations. They communicated clearly about what to expect, what was offered, and how to best enjoy. They went the extra mile in securing us a cooking fixture in our households (a blackstone) to make our stay what we needed. Jenna @ A Tier Above was a wonderful host! She is kind, prompt and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. The guide book was a great resource to have for our stay!
