John is on time my carpet was in despair and by the time he was done it looked brand new I had some dog soiled stains and those disappeared right after the steam hit it all in all John did a very beautiful job I would recommend him to anybody
This service is a real mixed bag review. John did show up on time and did a great job cleaning my blinds. My blinds are very old and I don't think they've ever been cleaned before. Apparently they were very brittle as two of the handles broke off leaving me unable to open and close the mini blinds. I'll take responsibility for that because I know they are old. John is terrible. Didn't bring a hose long enough to work in a standard townhome. Basically is unprepared and has zero customer service. I have no idea why anyone would work with him. AVOID at all costs.
John is perfect at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable and delightful to be around. I will definitely continue using his services for my carpets!
