**AVOID** My car came back worse than when it went** From start to finish the experience is awful. This was a job via my insurance and they expected me to take my car into them 🤣. They relented and got my car picked up. When my vehicle was returned, the job they were supposed to do was not finished. I challenged them about this and they got tangled up in their own lies. We just had our car repaired from light accident damage and we're impressed by the courtesy and service offered. The repair is a very good standard and it was done quickly. Happy to recommend.
Had my van broken into and was sent to this garage via recovery! There was one guy in the office that was polite, but unfortunately that's the best it got, the other guys were very rowdy I presume they were from Handsworth and Smethwick by there vocabulary. (Safe, Respec, Wagwan you can imagine the rest) absolutely no customer skills what so ever. Reading the reviews I could understand when people said there private possessions had been rifled through.
