Joe and his wife are professional and timely. I was looking for a routine pump of our tank. Joe came today and reassured me that the septic was looking good. He suggested that we wait several months to do the pumping since we recently had a lot of rain with standing water. He said that pumping now might cause the tank to rise and cause issues. I thanked him for his sevice and offered to pay. He declined and said he would have his wife schedule the pumping later in early to mid summer. How refreshing! Great business!
