The appraiser that came to my house was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, professional. Home appraisal is something that is an inconvenience to most of us, but Sam made the entire process so easy and quick. 5 stars!!
the appraisal of my house was so inaccurate i wonder if this guy has a clue as to what he is looking at. As another customer stated this appraiser used "comps" that were NOT even close in size, condition, quality of build AND distance. I realize the market is elevated at the moment but his figures were laughable. If his appraisal is being used for a mortgage loan (MINE WAS NOT) you will be very disappointed as a seller. Pulled comps that were inaccurate (one was nearly 5 miles away) and denied requests for an addendum with better ones. Had my home valued nearly 40$ per square foot lower than other homes on my actual street that have sold within the last 4 months. Would not do business with again by any means
