Great customer service & technical expertise – The A-Tek technician was highly efficient and knowledgable when he fixed our network in our engineering firm. Our server was down and our "old" IT service company could not come that day to fix it. We did a Google search and found A-Tek, called and they dispatched a technician immediately. The technician was very knowledable, very friendly and personable. – Jim came to our business and was very nice & professional. He looked at our computer problems and fixed them fast and efficiently.
