Called to book an appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. I have never been treated so poorly ever. Then he said an appraiser would get back to me. It’s been several weeks now. I booked with Godfrey Cranston and hopson instead. And they booked me right away. They were kind and informative. A tek were deplorable.

They show up on time are pretty quick in and out. Don’t ask to many questions had to tell her what has been done. Numbers are low comparable’s are not really accurate. When you try discuss the appraisal they won’t. I gave 2. Stars because they were on time

Should have listened to reviews. Was recommended and better judgemnet used them. They are inaccurate in Recent comparisons and would not recommend to amyone! They are now called northern capital appraisals. Do not use them or the "Alex" that came on site!

Went WAY beyond the extra mile for me. Needed something done in an expedient fashion. Asked 6 companies and was the only company (the others said it wasn't possible) who accepted the challenge but passed it with flying colours! Will use again in the future.
