They show up on time are pretty quick in and out. Don’t ask to many questions had to tell her what has been done. Numbers are low comparable’s are not really accurate. When you try discuss the appraisal they won’t. I gave 2. Stars because they were on time
Should have listened to reviews. Was recommended and better judgemnet used them. They are inaccurate in Recent comparisons and would not recommend to amyone! They are now called northern capital appraisals. Do not use them or the "Alex" that came on site!
Went WAY beyond the extra mile for me. Needed something done in an expedient fashion. Asked 6 companies and was the only company (the others said it wasn't possible) who accepted the challenge but passed it with flying colours! Will use again in the future.
Not impressed from the onset, against better judgement I used them anyhow. Unfortunately a mistake. Do not recommend.
Shelagh Stadel is an absolute fabulous person to work with for commercial appraisals. Quick to respond, even when they are so busy, and busy is an understatement for the best appraisal company in town. They work efficiently and professionally and take the time to explain the process and how this all works. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
