After having a poor experience in my own town a few months prior with my 2007 Silverado I was very nervous looking for a shop to rebuild/replace our transmission on our 2011 Tahoe. These guys.. Thought my transmission was going out, took my truck in just to have him tell me I was having a voltage issue due to my battery being shot. Which can obviously give you all sorts of problems.. that was it! The least the guy could've done was make up some crap and charge me for a bunch of unnecessary repairs! Isn't that suppose to be a standard practice these days? Then to top it off, I can't believe he told me that there'd be no charge for the simple diagnosis.
