Dropped off two hydraulic cylinders” leaking”week and a half after gave them a call .Was told they were processing an estimate, but it had to be approved by upper management before I could receive it. Call back a week later was told the cylinders were not repairable. An estimate was being worked up on new cylinders. Went back a week and a half later after no estimate and no contact had been made. Picked up both cylinders. Total failure to communicate.
After dealing with Colliflower Inc for my hydraulic needs for years and after receiving what I thought was an over charge for 2 new hoses for my Bobcat. I decided to try Atech. I had already replaced the hoses on the right side of my Bobcat, from the pump to the motor and then found out that the left 2 were bad as well. So , long story short , same hoses right side Colliflower$341.31 left side Atech. $164.85 Thanks for saving me time and money.
Worst hydraulic place around!! Dropped something off for repair that I told them I needed an estimate on asap get told they will have an estimate for me...call twice over the next week told the same thing...finally go to pick it up to take else where n they give it back taken to pieces in a box. Terrible customer service, terrible experience in general and it wasn't the first time a-tech jerked me around. Will NEVER take them anything and telling everyone I know the same thing!!
Great customer service
An A Tech Hydraulics company vehicle hit my vehicle in November of 2024 and did not stop. I have call the company three time to obtain insurance information. On one occasion, I spoke with an employee who advised they would speak with their office manager and I have yet to recieve a return call. I paid $500+ out of pocket to have my vehicle repaired.
