I wish I could give this company zero stars. The full story is below, but, in short, they never showed for their 4-hour appointment window. First, when I called to book them to service my cook top (through my home warranty), they told me the ONLY availability they had was an appointment window two weeks out on a Monday morning, 8 AM to noon. This is the worst possible time to have to take off of work, but I really didn't have a choice. Horrible customer service. They made an appointment with me for a day 1-5. I adjusted my work schedule to be sure I would be home. NO SHOW no CALL. I left a vm that evening asking to reschedule. I had to call them back the next day only for them to tell me 1. I had to speak with them, not leave a message about a missed appointment. REALLY?? How about calling the customer back who left you a voicemail? 2. Do not use them. The guy came out to work on our refrigerator and it took 2 weeks for them to get the part and come back and fix it and charge over $400.00. 2 months last it is doing the same thing
