After the storm last weekend, our deactivated A Tech security system that was in our house when we moved in last winter seemed to be alarming following a power outage. After over an hour of trying to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night we were unsuccessful, and as a last resort called the A Tech phone number from the sticker on our patio door. In April we upgraded our home security system and added additional components. We worked with Andrew B (and Bill) who provided a detailed plan. There were unanticipated compatibility glitches with our cell phones. Andrew worked with us and the ATech supplier throughout the ordeal; he represented our interests and communicated clearly and responsively. The supplier patched the technology to enable the full functionality of the system. We truly appreciate Andrew's customer focus, his diligence and integrity.
We recently purchased a new home. ATech upgraded our home security system, installed 10 TV’s and gave me a lesson on the amazing whole house sound system they installed for the previous owners. They do quality work and are very responsive and reliable. I would highly recommend them.
The installers (Ethan and Andy) were great to work with. Ethan was very patient with me as I downloaded the LumiViewer app on my desktop and cell phone.
