I called these guys and they were at my house in an hour! Cleaned out my wood stove pipe and even replaced the cap on top with a new one at no (extra) charge (as I had birds coming in). While they were there they looked at my main chimney (the hot water heater exhaust runs through it) and gave me some solid advice about improving it, without any sales pressure. Excellent service and a professional job. A+
