Best shop around help my daughter with her car, Carmen and a James are the best. And we love Isaiah what an amazing crew of people.
I dealt with Carmen and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend dealing with him.
I went to A-tec auto out of the convenience that it is not too far from my home. I deal with Carmen who informed me that there were many issues with my vehicle. I expected that there were multiple issues. This is where the interaction turns a bit shady. He proceeds to describe this entire laundry list of problems with my vehicle, and as he continues with problem after problem, it's not making sense. Carmen is rude, slimy. I asked him for details on a repairs for my VW and he couldn’t give me a straight answer on what is going on. I wouldn’t come back here and I will tell me friends not to come either
