Joined this gym 2 years ago and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I was very hesitant and scared at the beginning but these trainers really guide you and help you reach any goal. I’m stronger, healthier and happier. Blessed to have these trainers (friends) in my life. Added a before and after to motivate whoever is hesitant in joining. You won’t regret it!
This is the most amazing gym for women. The knowledge and support from the trainers and the support from all the women that attend is absolutely stellar. I feel like I stepped into my extend family. The Gym is very clean. There are lots of different routines and weight training options that allow for your body to really see results. This gym is amazing. The coaches are supportive and patient. They pace you based on your ability and your goals. Highly recommended!!! And it is all women!!!
