Five million stars. A backed-up tub turned into a nightmare. They came immediately and found the problem. Super efficient and communicative team that took the time to answer every single one of my questions without making me feel bad for not understanding. I will not use them again. On the phone I explained that the toilet was leaking from underneath, and that I had just replaced the wax o-ring about 2 weeks ago. On the phone I was told it would cost me nothing to have someone come over and diagnose the problem. The plumbers arrived without calling and told me they would have to charge me $200 to pull the toilet out to check underneath. That's much more than free, so I had them leave. My bathtub drain got clogged up and I was unable to clean it out with my small plastic snake. I called the A-Team and they were able to come out almost immediately and fix the problem. The service tech was very friendly and courteous and efficient. Problem was fixed right away. They're also nice enough to give me quotes on other projects in my house when I asked, and we're not pushy at all.
