My wife and I just closed on our home in Moscow, and I can honestly say we wouldn't be here without Josiah at Paradigm. It was a FSBO deal, so there were complications but Josiah was the best for the job. He switched us lenders halfway through to capture a better rate, and there were a lot of moving parts. He was available via text whenever we had a panic moment and always had a solution. If you want a broker who fights for your wallet and cares about closing on time, call Josiah. Josiah acted as more than just a Mortgage Broker. He is our advisor, guide, and sensi. As first time home buyers with a complicated financing situation, he has masterfully clarified every unknown for us and taken out any guesswork so that we are confidently able to make decisions. You will never feel stupid asking Josiah a question, his demeanor is always professional and always eager to help you understand. He's unbeliaveabley resonsive too. 10/10 experience. Josiah has worked hard and earned our business.
