A-Team was able to schedule service on the same day when my AC wasn't working. I got a real person on the phone and not an answering service that could only take a message and not schedule without someone having to call me back like some of their competition. Carl and Keegan were very professional. They showed up within the time window. They explained my options, and even called the manufacturer to enquire about the warranty. They went to work, and my AC was working again.
These guys are honest and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our outdoor condenser during a heat wave. 2 other companies wanted to replace the entire unit. Carl from A-team came and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! So grateful for the honesty and getting our AC up and running again. Highly recommend.
Carl and Mike arrived on time to service my AC unit. In fact I was late for them and my son was there to let them in and get started. When I arrived Carl was speaking with my son. I filled him in on the problems we had been having last season and they quickly got to work. Carl talked me through every major step he had to take, showed me pictures of the dirty parts, and then the difference after they were cleaned.
